Studio Etiquette

Arrive Early

Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to get set up and settled. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started for safety reasons.

Grip Socks Required

For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you forget yours, they are available for purchase at the studio.

Respect the Space

Silence phones during class, clean your reformer after use, and be mindful of fellow clients to help maintain a calm, focused environment.
